Terms of Use and Nolly Website Regulations

The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience and apply to both genders. Please read the terms of use carefully.

1. General

1.1 The website contains an online store for purchasing products, and the terms of use apply when using or purchasing products on the website.

2.1 The website, and all services provided through it, including design, content, trademarks, content, systems, and algorithms, are protected under copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

3.1 You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, publish or use in any other way the content appearing on the website.

4.1 Use and purchase of products on the website constitutes your agreement to the terms of use, in which you undertake that you or anyone on your behalf will have no claim or demand against the website.

5.1 The terms of use written in these regulations are the only rules that will bind the business owners and website operators, towards the users of the website's services.

6.1 Please note that the terms of use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the website operators and without prior notice. Note: Changes will apply only to products/services purchased after the change.

7.1 If you do not agree to the terms of the regulations, please do not register on the website or place orders.

8.1 The unique and exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the website is solely in the competent courts in Tel Aviv, and only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to the use of the website.

2. Restriction of Website Use

1.2 The user of the website must be 18 years of age or older, and legally competent.

2.2 The user must reside in Israel and hold an Israeli ID card, and also hold a valid credit card issued in Israel.

3.2 It is the sole responsibility of the user to keep the password and username for the website confidential.

4.2 The user is forbidden from opening an account for any third party without their express consent.

5.2 The user shall not use the details and passwords of other users unlawfully.

6.2 The user disclaims responsibility from the website, regarding any technical malfunction/interruption/website downtime, including malfunctions that may be caused by a third party providing hosting services, software, communication lines and/or any additional service.

7.2 The user disclaims responsibility from the company, regarding any attacks and hacking attempts by various parties on the website, communication networks, computers, and servers.

8.2 The company takes several security measures to maintain the privacy of the information entered by users on the website, but it is important to know that this cannot be completely guaranteed and security breaches and information intrusions may occur.

9.2 The company does not guarantee that the services and information on the website or on third-party servers hosting them will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.

10.2 By browsing the website, registering, and uploading content and/or information, the user releases the company and/or anyone on its behalf from liability for any damage caused to him and/or anyone on his behalf due to attacks, hacking attempts, and information intrusions as mentioned, and waives any claim against the company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith.

11.2 The company may at any given moment and at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content/comment published by a user on the website, including deleting/suspending the user.

13.2 Some of the messages and publications sent to you may contain "cookies" such as "identification cookies" on your browser.

14.2 The company does not store users' credit card details on the business's servers or anywhere else.

15.2 The website serves as an intermediary between third-party suppliers - manufacturers, wholesale sellers, and various factories from around the world, and customers who use the website's services and/or place product orders through the website (hereinafter: "the User") for products for personal and non-commercial import.

16.2 Users who purchase products/services through the company's website are also subject to the partners' terms of use.

17.2 All orders on the website are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Every user of the website is required to check tax, customs, VAT, and other costs before placing an order.

18.2 The final price to be paid appears next to each product. The operator may change the price of any product at any time and at its sole discretion without the user having any claims against it due to this. It is clarified that the decisive date for the price of the product is the date of actual order confirmation by the customer, and not the date it was added to the shopping cart.

19.2 After placing an order, an automatic registration to the website's electronic mailing system will be performed. Registration is essential to update the registrant or purchaser on the stages of order processing, including sending invoices, order confirmation, shipment tracking, etc. In addition, registration to the electronic mailing list will enable the website and the company's team to send promotional and marketing information. We undertake not to transfer the registration details to any other company.

20.2 You can unsubscribe from the marketing email list by clicking on a link found in every marketing message sent to you. It is not possible to unsubscribe from the message system regarding order status and shipments.

21.2 The website is not responsible for the quality of the products, delivery times (including delays due to various factors) or late delivery, and any damage caused to the customer as a result.

3. Miscellaneous

1.3 The company is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the website, although we work to ensure that our product information is accurate, manufacturers may be inaccurate or change the information they choose to list on the product page.

2.3 Product packaging and materials may contain additional or different information from the information presented on the product pages on the website.

3.3 The information appearing on the website, including product descriptions, instructions for use, instructional videos, and grooming tips, is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, veterinary advice or a substitute for such advice. Before using Nolly's grooming products, and in cases of uncertainty regarding the correct method of use, specific sensitivity of the pet, or any other dilemma, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional (such as a veterinarian or pet groomer). The use of the products is at the user's sole responsibility.

4.3 The images, videos, and reviews displayed on the website (including 'before and after' images) are for illustrative and marketing purposes only. It is possible that some descriptions and reviews have been edited, shortened, translated, or adapted for convenience, or are intended to illustrate the general user experience of the brand's products. The results of using grooming products may vary from animal to animal (depending on fur type, animal temperament, etc.), and what is displayed on the website should not be seen as a promise or guarantee of an identical or certain result.

5.3 If you feel that one or more of the products you have been exposed to on the website are offensive, misleading, or illegal, we invite you to contact us so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.

6.3 All information displayed on the website regarding products, including their quality and nature, was received directly from the partners.

7.3 A user of the website disclaims the company from responsibility for inaccuracies/discrepancies in the details presented on the website regarding the products, including images and product specifications displayed on the sales pages and so forth.

8.3 In any case of discrepancy between the website's policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the provisions of the law shall prevail over the website's policy.

4. Product Ordering and Order Confirmation

1.4 When ordering on the website, the user must enter their details (such as: full name, updated residential address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required for the order).

2.4 Thereafter, some of the entered details will be transferred to the partners for delivery. Therefore, it is very important to fill in accurate and correct details. Note: Orders can only be placed for residential addresses within the State of Israel.

3.4 Up to 48 hours from the time of placing the order, the user will receive the order confirmation by email. This order confirmation constitutes a final and absolute confirmation.

4.4 If a product you ordered is out of stock, or if for some reason the supplier is unable to provide the product, you will be offered the option to receive a replacement product or cancel the transaction.

5.4 Providing false personal information related to the purchase process is a criminal offense and a civil wrong. In case of an accidental error, the customer must notify the business, and any additional costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.

6.4 Providing information on the website is secured with the most advanced PCI technology. With this technology, the information regarding the purchaser's billing details is encrypted and deleted immediately after the purchase. In addition, the business undertakes to take customary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of personal information about the customer as much as possible. 

5. Consequences of Cancellation not due to Defect or Non-Conformity:

Refund Process

1.5 To initiate a return, please write to us by email. You can contact customer service via WhatsApp at 052-706-8315.

2.5 The consumer must return the package to the location specified by customer service. Once the package arrives, we will check its integrity and contents. If the return is approved by us, we will process a refund according to the website's regulations.

3.5 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Israel, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction, or NIS 100 (whichever is lower).

4.5 Nolly will refund your money within approximately 30 days from the date of receiving the returned product, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the product's value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) as stipulated in the regulations (the time until the money is received in the payment method may sometimes be delayed due to external factors and may take up to 30 business days).

5.5 The costs of shipping the products to the website's shipping center shall be borne by the purchaser.

6.5 In case of product return, it is the responsibility of the product orderer to send the product back to the destination address from which it was sent, and to bear the shipping costs or any additional costs required for the product's return.

6. Limitation of Liability

1.6 The website clarifies that there may be differences between the images and the actual product, as the products are displayed on a computer screen, and there may be color variations due to lighting changes during photography.

2.6 The business will not be responsible for clerical errors in the specifications and technical details of each product. It is agreed that the customer or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or demand due to such a clerical error.

3.6 The responsibility for all products offered on the website lies solely with the manufacturers and suppliers.

4.6 It is hereby agreed that any delay or non-performance of product delivery purchased on the website due to force majeure, including unusual weather, strikes at various service providers, or unforeseen disruptions in the website's computer system, will not obligate the business, and the customer or anyone on their behalf or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or demand due to this.

5.6 The business and website managers shall not bear indirect or direct responsibility towards the customer or any third party in any case of failure in ordering or delivery due to force majeure, including malfunctions in the computer system, telephone, due to credit card companies or due to any other factor related to the completion of the purchase and delivery operation.

6.6 It is hereby agreed that an order and purchase through the website does not and will not constitute a contract for the benefit of any other third party.

7.6 All information and/or content and/or images appearing on the website, including graphics, design, trademarks, logo marks, including their editing and presentation on the website, are the exclusive property of the website or the business.

7. Shipments

1.7 Home delivery is available in a limited number of localities, and therefore shipments will arrive at a collection point (including post office branches).

2.7 From the time of order, the shipping time for the company is 7-16 business days.

3.7 In some cases, unexpected delays or changes may occur, such as delays from Israel Post, shipping companies, or various parties involved in the process.

4.7 There may be delays of up to 30 business days from the date of product shipment. In such a case, please contact customer service, and we will provide you with a solution according to your situation.

5.7 When ordering more than one product, the products may be shipped in separate packages.

6.7 Business days – regular days, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

The gifts offered on the website are given only with the purchase of the clipper. Any other appearance of gifts in purchases that do not include the package is due to a system malfunction, which is in the process of repair and resolution. Furthermore, it is clearly visible on the website that the gifts are an integral part of the clipper purchase only.
